The learned Government Advocate points out that the Anomaly Committee has prepared an interim report dated 30 May 2018, which is placed on record by way of an affidavit dated 5 July 2018. It is pointed out that for the purpose of the present Petition, the interim report will suffice and for wider issues, a final report will be prepared subsequently.

Rule has already been issued in this Petition. The Petition be added to the board of final hearing, as per its turn. 3.

In the circumstances, Civil Application does not survive and it is accordingly disposed of.
