Shri Afonso, learned Advocate for the respondents has filed reply opposing the application for condonation of delay. It is apparent that there was a genuine ground which precluded the applicant from filing the appeal in time nonetheless the applicant has sought to rectify the error by filing the application under consideration. The application is therefore allowed since the appellant has made out sufficient cause for the condonation of delay and as otherwise the applicant has good case to succeed on merit.

Application stands disposed off.
