The Applicant will arrange to place on the file of the learned sole Arbitrator the statements of disclosure in terms required by Sections 11 and 12 of the Amended Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

The parties will bear and pay equally all costs of the arbitration including arbitration fees, costs, travel and accommodation, as also the venue costs.
