Heard Mr. Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. This is an application to substitute the respondent no.1, who is stated to have expired by her legal representatives. For the reasons stated in the application, the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1 are ordered to be brought on record as is mentioned at para 3 of the application. All objections if any of such legal representatives are left open.

Hence, the application is granted. The legal representatives of the respondent no. 1 are ordered to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. After amendment is
