1. Mr. Kavlekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that vide order dated 30.09.2024, this Court allowed the application for compounding subject to depositing of 15% of the cheque amount i.e. Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) within two weeks.

2. Mr. Kavlekar further submits that though, the Applicant arranged such amount, she was unable to to transfer. Today he is having Demand Draft of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only), however, since the period is over, the same be extended.

3. Accordingly, the period of depositing the amount is extended. The Goa State Legal Services Authority (GSLSA) shall accept the Demand Draft of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) which the Applicant is ready and willing to deposit today itself.

3. The Applicant shall place the receipt of the payment on record for the purpose of compliance of the said order. Once the receipt is placed on record, the present proceedings be considered as compounded and

disposed of.
