(i) The petition is partly allowed.

(ii) The impugned order directing eviction of the petitioner on the ground of subletting is hereby set aside. (iii) The part of the order directing eviction of the petitioners under section 22(2) (a) and section 22(2) (f) of the Act, is hereby confirmed.

(iv) The petitioners are granted three months time to vacate the suit shop premises.

WP/623/2012 (v) Rule is partly made absolute in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
