Heard Mr P. A. Kamat, learned counsel for the petitioner through VC. Vide order dated 16.7.2024 this Court passed the following order: "Heard Mr. Kamat for the Petitioner.

2. This Petition is filed for direction to the competent Court to decide the C.M.A. for custody of the child, as expeditiously as possible.

3. Mr. Kamat submits that the Application was filed in the year 2017 and though the evidence is completed, the matter is not decided till date.

4. Mr. Kamat submits that yesterday the matter was fixed for arguments, in which, the Petitioner has submitted his final arguments. Now the matter is posted for arguments of the Respondent on 26.07.2024 with a direction that no further adjournment will be granted.

5. Accordingly, post this matter on 31.07.2024."

2. Mr Kamat now submits that the learned trial Court has already disposed of the application filed by the respondent vide order dated 31.7.2024. Accordingly, petition stands worked out and no further relief is required.
