This is an application for condonation of delay of 39 days in preferring second appeal. The endorsement of the Registrar at farad sheet reveals that there was a refusal to accept the notice of the bailiff by the respondent who has specifically instructed the staff members not to accept any court notices. In such circumstances, the application for condonation of delay remained uncontroverted. For the reasons stated in para 3 of the application, which according to me are satisfactory and convincing, the delay stands condoned.
