This revision application under Rule 6 Chapter V of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 seeks to set aside the order dated 21.12.2018, by which the learned Registrar( Judicial) refused to register the First Appeal for non payment of requisite Court fees and removal of office objections.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Perused the affidavit explaining the circumstances under which office objections could not be cleared within time. Thus, delay condoned.

The learned Addl. Govt. Advocate assures this Court that requisite Court fees shall be paid and all office objections shall be removed on/or before 29.7.2022.

In view of the assurance by the applicant to pay the requisite Court fees and remove office objections, the order dated 21.12.2018, passed by the Registrar (Judicial), is set aside and Stamp Number Main No.1680/2018(F) is restored to file.
