1. The review petition is filed seeking the review of the order dated 21/04/2025, passed by us in Writ Petition No.108/2025, when we had disposed of the petition with a direction to the Village Panchayat, Candolim, to take the proceedings in the show cause notice issued u/s 66(3) of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, against the respondent no. 7 to its logical end.

2. Mr. Parag Rao, learned counsel representing the petitioner, has filed the review petition and it is his contention that the structure, apart from the fact that it is illegal, was also violative of various other norms and therefore, directions were also sought in the petition, to all such 7th July, 2025

CAREV 5 of 2025 authorities, to take cognizance thereof.

Upon hearing Mr. Rao, we are of the view that there is no scope for reviewing our order, as we had clearly stated that the Village Panchayat shall take action on the said show cause notice. If the show cause notice is sustained and the structure of Respondent No. 7 is found liable for demolition, the Panchayat shall demolish it in accordance with law. Consequently, other compliances will not deserve consideration.

3. We, therefore, do not find any ground made out for entertaining the review petition and hence, we dispose of the petition. NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J.
