IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA

MISC.CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 573 OF 2017 IN STAMP NUMBER MAIN NO. 1834 OF 2017 THE CHIEF TOWN PLANNER., ... Applicant

Versus

RAMNATH L. MANGUESHKAR., ... Respondent Ms. Susan Linhares, Addl. Government Advocate for the applicant.

Mr. P. Kakodkar, Advocate for the respondent. Coram:- PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.

Date:- 9th February 2018 P.C.

Heard Ms. S. Linhares, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the applicant and Mr. P. Kakodkar, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. A delay of 66 days has occurred in filing an appeal by the appellant. The reasons stated in the application are that it took some time to move the file after getting the opinion from the Government Advocate to the office of Dy. Town Planner and thereafter to the Senior Town Planner and subsequently to the Minister concerned. Though the application is orally objected by the respondent, there is no malafide and therefore for the reasons

MCA/573/2017 mentioned herein above, the delay is condoned. The appeal be registered accordingly.

3. The application stands disposed of accordingly. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
