2. The challenge in this Civil Revision Application is to the order dated 10/11/2010, refusing to reject the plaint under Order VII, Rule 11(d) of CPC. The record discloses that there is no stay to the proceedings before the Trial Court. It further appears from the record that the Civil Suit has been withdrawn on 09/05/2013. In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Application has become infructuous and is disposed of as such, with no order as to costs.
