Learned Additional Government Advocate, Ms Mordekar submits that a Show Cause Notice on the basis of the complaint made by the Petitioner was issued and even the Petitioner was called for a hearing. According to Ms Mordekar, the Petitioner did not remain present on the date stipulated in the Show Cause Notice.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that there appears to be a miscommunication and the Petitioner is always willing to appear before the authorities in support of the Show Cause Notice. The Petitioner undertakes to 10th July 2024

6-WP-483-2024.DOC remain present before the Assistant Director of Transport (North), The Registering & Licensing Authority, Panaji, Goa on 22.07.2024 at 03:30 PM. It is open for Respondent No.4 to issue notice to Respondents No.7, 8, and 9 about the next date as regards the Show Cause Notice. The Show Cause Notice be taken to its logical conclusion in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of 6 weeks from 22.07.2024 on its own merits. 3.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Advocate that though the Show Cause Notice is issued by Respondent No.4, the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner is Respondent No.6. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is willing to appear before the Respondent No.6 on the date which is so fixed. Presently, let the Petitioner appear before Respondent No.4 on 22.07.2024 at 03:30 PM. Further schedule may be fixed by Respondent No.4. 4.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for further consideration. The Petition is disposed of. No costs.
