Heard Mr. Preetam Talaulikar, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. V. A. Naik, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. The Second Appeal filed by the applicant was dismissed in pursuance of the Order dated 25.2.2014 for want of taking steps for service of the respondents. The applicant has filed an application for restoration in which there is delay of 100 days.

3. The prayer is opposed on behalf of the respondents saying that no sufficient grounds are made out.

4. On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and in view of the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the application for restoration is hereby condoned.

MCA/707/2014 Let the application be registered.
