Mr. Kantak, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, submits that he has been instructed to withdraw the Criminal Writ Petition. An apprehension is raised by learned Senior Advocate that the observations made by the Trial Court may influence the trial.

2. It is made clear that the observations are limited to considering the application for discharge and the Trial Court shall proceed with the trial uninfluenced by the observations made by the learned Trial Court.
