2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the appellants that the trial has already commenced before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Ponda and, therefore, nothing remains in the appeal.

The appeal stands disposed of, with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the matter and shall try to dispose of it as expeditiously as possible It is made clear that the trial Court shall be uninfluenced by the order of this Court. The parties are directed to assist the trial Court in early disposal of the matter.
