1. By this application, the applicant has prayed that the 16th September, 2022

MCA 193 of 2022 applicant being the legal heir of the deceased-petitioner, be brought on record.

2. Having perused the averments made in the application, it is in the interest of justice that the application is allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the petition be served on the respondents.

3. Let the Petition be listed for admission on 07.10.2022.

4. In the meantime, if any decision is being taken by the respondents, the same be placed on record.
