The respondent no.2 Mr. Ganesh Rao has died on 11/09/2015. MCA No.482/2016 is filed for bringing his legal representatives on record, which are proposed respondent nos.2(a) and 2(b). MCA No.481/2016 is filed for condonation of delay of 68 days in filing an application for bringing the legal representatives on record.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for the proposed respondent nos.2(a) and 2(b).

For reasons mentioned in the applications,

the same are allowed. The delay in filing an application is hereby condoned. The legal representatives be brought on record as respondent nos.2(a) and 2(b). Amendment be carried out within one week from today.
