During the course of the hearing of the above petition, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners has pointed out that the petitioners have filed an application to bring to the notice of the Court that during the pendency of the above petition, the possession of the
subject property has been handed over to petitioner no.2 and, consequently, the petition has become infructuous. 3.
The learned Advocate General has also placed on record the communication and panchanama dated 15/05/2015 with regard to the subject property.

In view of the above averments in the application as well as communication produced on record, nothing survives in the above petition, which stands accordingly disposed of. K. L. WADANE, J.
