In view of the order dated 18th August 2017 Misc. Civil Application ( Main ) is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) which reads thus:

"(A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to ratify the Decree 14th February 2014 and direct the Sub-Registrar to make the endorsement that the marriage of Petitioner and Respondent registered bearing entry No 95/07 is declared null and void as per affirmative sentence dated 14th February 2014 of Patriarchal Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Goa and Daman and in second instance, by Decree dated 14th November 2014 of Metropolitan Tribunal of the Archdiocese of Bombay.
