The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner has been granted permit on 20/07/2016. The learned Counsel has produced on record a letter dated 20/07/2016 which is marked 'X' for identification. The learned Counsel submits that there is a minor error in recording the vehicle number, which is recorded as GA-08-U-9890 and which should be GA-08-U-9880. He states that he has applied to the RTA for necessary correction.

2. The learned Additional Government Advocate states that the necessary corrections shall be carried out. The statement is accepted.

3. In such circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw the

CP/22/2016 Contempt Petition which is yet to be admitted. The petition is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn.
