Rule. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, waive service. 3.
Upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, the main grievance of the Petitioner at this stage is that though a representation was forwarded through the University to the Respondent no. 2 dated 22.06.2016, no final decision with that regard has been taken. 4.
Mr. S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General, submits that the Respondent no. 2 shall examine the representation in accordance with law. 5.
In such circumstances, we dispose of the above Petition by directing the Respondent no. 2 to take a decision on the representation dated 22.06.2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within four months from the date of receipt of this Order.

Needless to say, all the contentions of both the parties on merits are left open. Liberty to the Petitioner to present additional documents, if any, in support of his representation within two weeks. Rule disposed of accordingly.
