2. By consent of parties, the petition is disposed of in the following terms:

(a) The petitioners shall file a reply to the application for temporary injunction on or before 20.07.2017. (b) The learned Counsel for the respondent no. 1 states that the respondent no. 1 shall file its reply, to the application under Order VII, Rule 11 of CPC filed by the petitioners, on or before 20.07.2017.

WP/538/2017 (c) The Trial Court shall take up both these applications i.e. the application for temporary injunction and the application under Order VII, Rule 11 of CPC and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. (d) Rival contentions of the parties on merits including on the maintainability of the suit, are left open.
