Respondent No.3 has expired. This is an application to bring on record his legal representatives.

Mr. Bhobe states that the application is within the prescribed period of limitation considering the order made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SMW (C) No.3/2020 extending the period of limitation during COVID-19 pandemic. 3.

Accordingly, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows :

"(a) The Application be allowed and the Applicants be permitted to amend the cause title by adding the words "since deceased represented by legal heirs" after the name 14th October 2022

(b) Fresh notices be issued on the proposed Respondent nos. 3(a) to 3(h)."
