By the impugned Judgment and Decree the Appellate Court has set aside the Trial Court's Judgment and Decree. Te Trial Court in this case had declared the Judgment and Order dated 25.09.1998 made by the Mamlatdar as null and void. 2.

In the above circumstances, quite correctly, the interim relief is not pressed. In such matters, there is no question of grant 18th JANUARY 2024
