After this petition was heard for sometime, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to invoke the powers of review as conferred on the Tribunal under Section 10 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965 including to seek a review of the orders imposing costs on the ground that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to impose costs as are conferred on the Civil Court.

2. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
