An affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3.

2. Heard Mr. S. Dhargalkar, learned Additional Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 and Mr. S. Pinto de Santana, learned Counsel appearing for the Intervenor. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3. It is pointed out by the learned Additional Govt. Advocate that the minor child has been kept at Apna Ghar, Merces. An affidavit also has been filed to that effect. Learned Advocate

WP/454/2015 appearing for the Intervenor who is the mother of the petitioner has stated that the Intervenor has no objection in case the minor child continues to stay at Apna Ghar, Merces.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit, and in view of the no objection of the Intervenor/mother to allow the minor child to stay at Apna Ghar, Merces, we find that there is no case made out for any relief in the above petition.
