1. Statement is made by the learned counsel for the Respondent / Contemnor that the site in question has been cleared of. All the debris and the structure which was ordered to be demolished have been removed. The learned counsel for the Petitioner endorses this position and states that there is no objection to disposing of this proceeding.

2. In view of the statements made by the parties, it appears that the 15th February, 2024

CP 13 of 2023 direction given in the order of demolition dated 22/09/2016 by the Village Panchyat, Borim have been fully complied with and nothing further survives in the contempt application.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of and the Respondent/ Contemnor stands discharged.
