Heard Mr. V. Palekar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P.Dangui, learned Additional Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents.
2. During the course of the hearing of the above petition, the learned Additional Govt. Advocate has produced an order dated 31/08/2015, inter alia, disclosing that the letter of appointment has already been issued to the petitioner. Mr. Palekar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, however, points out that the appointment order has to be with retrospective effect and, as such, the petitioner be given liberty to make a representation to the respondent No.2 to get such aspects redressed before the concerned Authority.

3. In view of the above, as the appointment order has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, the grievances of the petitioner stand redressed, at this stage. The petition, stands, accordingly disposed of.
Needless to say, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation in the light of the observations made herein above. The concerned Authority shall examine such a representation on its own merits, in accordance with law.
