The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioner, who is personally present in the Court submits that he intends to take recourse to appropriate remedy as may be available in law against the proceedings against the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 initiated by respondent no.3.

3. In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. As such, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The rival contentions on merits are kept open.
