st July, 2017 ORAL JUDGMENT (Per F. M. Reis,J.) Heard Mr. John Lobo, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. D. Lawande, learned Advocate General appearing for Respondent nos. 1, 4 and 5 and Respondent no. 6 in person. 2.

Rule. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned Counsel. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents, waives service. 3.

The main grievance of the Petitioner is that there are proceedings initiated by the Respondent no. 6 being an Appeal preferred before the learned Deputy Collector under the Land Revenue Code being Case no. ILL/CNV/TIS/32/2015 which are pending before the Respondent no. 4.

The learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondent nos. 1, 4 and 5, pointed out that such proceedings shall be disposed of finally within four months from today after giving notice of hearing to all the concerned parties.

The next grievance is that an Appeal preferred by the Respondent no. 6 against an Order passed by the City Corporation of Panaji

-3being Municipal Appeal no. MIN/UD/09/2016 is pending before the Respondent no. 2.

The learned Advocate General states that the Appeal shall be disposed of finally before the Respondent no. 2 within five months from today after giving notice of hearing to all the concerned parties. 7.

Accepting the said statement of the learned Advocate General with regard to the said two proceedings, we dispose of the above Writ Petition.

The Respondent no. 6 submits that some representations are pending before that City Corporation of Panaji. These aspects can be dealt with by the Respondent no. 2 whilst examining the Appeal preferred by the Respondent no. 6 on merits.

Rule stands disposed of accordingly.
