2. This is an application to correct the name of the Advocate appearing for the petitioner. It is pointed out that Mr. Y.V. Nadkarni had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and not Mr. P. Arolkar as reflected in the Judgment dated 1st April, 2015. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection.

3. Hence, the application is allowed. The name of Mr. P. Arolkar stands deleted and the name of Mr. Y.V. Nadkarni is to be inserted therein. Registry to carry out the necessary correction. The application stands disposed of accordingly. K. L. WADANE, J.
