Mr. Mulgaonkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner on the basis of instructions of the Petitioner states that the grievance of the Petitioner no longer survive since the Respondents have made the orders extending certain benefits to the Petitioner. He requests that the petition may accordingly be disposed of.

2. Mr. Talaulikar, also states that since the financial benefits has been extended to the Petitioner, this petition may be disposed of.

3. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
