Mr. J. P. Mulgaonkar, learned counsel for the Petitioner on the basis of the instructions from the Petitioner states that the grievance of the Petitioner no longer survive in view of what is stated in paragraphs 6,7 and 9 of affidavit dated 25th January, 2019 filed by the Director of Accounts.
2. Ms. Razaq points out that even the orders have been passed extending certain benefits to the Petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the parties state that the petition may be disposed of.
