Heard Mr V. Gadnis for the petitioner. Learned Advocate General appears along with Mr Deep Shirodkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent nos.1 and 2.

2. In the order we propose to make, no notice is necessary to respondent no.3.

3. The petitioner's grievance in this petition is that his complaint dated 04.05.2023 addressed to the respondent no.2 is not being attended to or disposed of.

4. Accordingly, we direct the respondent no.2, that is, the GCZMA to dispose of petitioner's complaint dated 04.05.2023 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within three months from today. Such disposal must be in accordance with law and after following principles of natural justice and fair play.

5. If any adverse order is proposed, necessary notice must be issued to respondent no.3 herein. The complaint must be disposed of after hearing the petitioner and respondent no.3.

6. We clarify that we have not examined the merits of the complaint and, therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open to be decided by the GCZMA.

7. With the above directions, this petition is disposed of.
