We have perused the petition. he relief prayed for in the petition is for a direction to the respondent no.14 to take action in terms of the complaint dated 14.11.2022 addressed by the petitioner to respondent no.14 and take the same to its logical conclusion. Objection is raised by respondent no.13 that this complaint is not addressed to respondent no.14. 2.

Having regard to the averments made in the petition and considering the nature of the reliefs prayed, we are of the opinion that this petition itself can be treated as a representation by respondent no.14. Mr S. P. Munj, learned AGA on instructions submits that the complaint dated 14.11.2022 and this petition which is to be treated as representation will 16th October, 2024

13-WP-659-2024.DOC be decided and taken to their logical conclusion by respondent no.14 within a period of six weeks from today. he Administrator of Communidades may briely hear the petitioner before passing any order. he parties to appear before the Administrator of Communidades on 23.10.2024 at 11.00 a.m.
