By this petition, the Petitioners have raised objection to the final Seniority List of LDC issued by the Director of Tourism and had sought determination through seniority.

We notice that though the Petitioners have made certain representations, there is no decision as to whether the Seniority List as sought for by the petitioners based on their objection needs to be corrected. The Petitioners have raised enumerated the grounds on

The Director of Tourism shall consider this petition as representation of the Petitioners/objections to their placement in Seniority List and pass an order accordingly after giving necessary reasons.

This Seniority List is prepared on 14 May 2018. Copy of the petition is already served on the Director of Tourism. Therefore Director of Tourism will take a decision thereupon as above within a period of eight weeks from today.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
