2. This is an application for interim relief, filed by the applicant- appellant in the appeal. The appeal has already been admitted.

3. The contention of Shri Pangam is that by the impugned Judgment and Decree, the applicant has been directed to demolish the twin bungalows which have been constructed by the applicant in the subject property.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, operation of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 30/04/2014 is stayed, subject to the applicant not creating any third party right or surrendering the possession of the disputed bungalow or making any structural changes therein, until further orders and also depositing in this Court a sum of Rs.10,000/- every year, until disposal of the above appeal. The amount for the current year shall be deposited in this Court within three months from today. The amount so deposited, shall be invested in a fixed deposit in any nationalised Bank, initially for a period of two years and the same shall be renewed from time to time, until disposal of the above appeal.

5. Application stands disposed of. Liberty to the respondent to apply.
