Heard Ms. Amira Razaq, learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator.

2. This is an application to condone the delay in filing the statement of Accounts within the time stipulated under the Rules.

3. Though the delay has been explained by the Official Liquidator, I find that in future the Official Liquidator should ensure that the accounts and other duties to be performed are duly complied with in terms of law. The applications stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). The statement of account should be forwarded to the Chartered Accountant.
