Heard Shri Arun De Sa, learned Advocate for the appellant and Shri S.R. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent- State.
2. Shri Arun De Sa, learned Advocate for the appellant submits on instructions that he is withdrawing the application for bail.
3. He is permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move a bail application afresh before the learned President of the Children's Court, Panaji after the examination of the minor victim girl.
4. The Children's Court shall expedite the trial and examination of the victim girl within six weeks from today considering the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor that the matter is
CRMAB/161/2018 listed for framing of charge today.
5. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions of the I.O. who is present in the Court submits that an endeavour will be made to examine the victim girl first in point of time.
6. With these directions, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
