Heard Mr Shivraj Gaonkar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr Parag Rao, learned counsel for respondent no.1. 2.

Present application is to vacate the interim order dated 23.04.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.494 of 2018. 3.

Mr Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the interim order would no longer survive as all the respondents/employees retired on superannuation latest in January 9th February, 2023

22B-MCA-23-2023 IN WP-494-2018.DOC 2023 and therefore such interim relief no longer survives. However, it is pointed out that the execution of the impugned order is stayed. 4.

Since the Writ Petition is now fixed for final hearing on 02.03.2023, the same can be disposed of on merit itself. Accordingly, the present miscellaneous civil application for vacating such order does not survive.

The miscellaneous civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
