2. It is not in dispute that the subject-structures in the above petition are being occupied by the applicants. In such circumstances any orders passed would affect the rights, if any, of such applicants.

MCA/488/2016 Hence, the application is allowed and disposed of.

3. The applicants are directed to be impleaded as party respondents No.5 to 8 to the above petition. The amendment to be carried out within one week. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents. Mr. Pangam waives service on behalf of the newly added respondents.
