REGISTRAR'S ORDER This is an application for issuing notice to the respondent nos. 5, 7 and 8 by way of substituted service i.e. by publication in the local daily newspaper.

On perusal of the bailiff report dated 11.12.2018, it discloses that the respondent nos. 5 & 7 have left their address. It further reveals that the father of respondent no.8 was present but he refused to accept it. He also obstructed the bailiff to affix the notice on the outer door of the house. The Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that the address of respondent nos. 5, 7 and 8 is the last known address. The application is supported by an affidavit. It reveals that the notices will not be served by ordinary means.

Hence, the application is allowed. Issue notice to respondent nos. 5, 7, and 8 by way of substituted service i.e. by publishing it in the daily local newspaper " The Navhind Times" which is widely circulated in the State of Goa. Applicant to pay the process fees and collect the notice of publication and after publishing the same, he shall file the

affidavit of service to that effect.
