None for the petitioners. Even on 19th March, 2019 when the matter was called out none appeared for the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Government Advocate who appear for the respondents pointed out that this petition is from amongst the batch of three matters which were earlier taken up together. The learned Additional Government Advocated pointed out that one of the Writ Petition, i.e. Writ Petition 792/2008 was treated as lead petition and it was understood that the decision in the said lead petition would cover the issues raised in the remaining petition. He pointed out that by Judgment dated 20/07/2018, the Writ Petition 792/2008 has since been dismissed. The learned

WP/459/2013 Additional Government Advocate pointed out that yet another Writ Petition from this batch was since withdrawn by the petitioners.

3. It is possible that on account of the aforesaid, the petitioners are not interested in pursuing with this petition.

4. Therefore, we dismiss this petition for non-prosecution. SMT. M. S. JAWALKAR, J.
