MCA 360 of 2024 instructed to appear on behalf of the legal heirs of deceased appellant no.12, who are listed in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application.

3. In this view of the matter, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause(ii). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
