After hearing the matter for sometime, I find that the question of the petitioner seeking the relief of subjecting the petitioner and his son to a DNA test may not be justified, at this stage. But, however, the petitioner if so advised, can file an appropriate application with that regard only after the material witnesses with regard to the allegations of the plaint are examined. In case such an application is filed, the learned Judge shall examine it on its own merits, after hearing the parties in accordance with law, without being influenced by the impugned order.
