The above Misc. Civil Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 58days in filing the above appeal. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 has stated that the delay is not of 58days but of 93days. Be that as it may, we are satisfied that the delay is sufficiently 6th January 2023
