The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the impugned orders passed by Respondent No.2 in both these Petitions are without notice to the Petitioners and without hearing the Petitioners.

The learned Advocate General accedes to the same and submits that Respondent No.2 would issue notice to the Petitioners and thereafter, pass afresh orders, on their own merits.

In the light of that, the impugned orders passed by Respondent No.2 are quashed and set aside. Respondent No.2 may, after issuing notices to the Petitioners, take decision in accordance with law, on its own merits.

Both these Petitions are disposed of. All contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
