By this application for speaking to the minutes, the Applicant seeks to correct the errors in this Court's order dated 28.07.2023. 2.

The sentence in the 5th line of paragraph 23 of the order shall read as, "The matter is remanded to the Respondent No.2 Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (South)."

Similarly, the subsequent sentence of the order in paragraph 23 13th June, 2025

908 MCA 133-2025 shall read as, "The application for condonation of delay be considered afresh by the Respondent No.2 Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (South) in the light of the provisions of subsection (2) of section 35 of the VAT Act on its own merits and in accordance with law."
