Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The application is filed for codonation of delay of 31 days in filing company appeal. We have also perused the objections raised in the affidavit in reply filed by the respondents. In our view, the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay in para 2 of the application. There is no substance in the objections raised by the learned Counsel for the respondents in opposing the delay of 31 days in filing company appeal.

3. The prayer for condonation of delay is accordingly made absolute, in terms of para 6 of the application for condonation of delay of 31 days,in filing company appeal.

4. The applicant is directed to remove all office objections in the Company Appeal, before the registry, within two weeks from today.

5. After all such objections are removed, place the matter on board,for admission.
